What is the MMORY.™ camera?

It's a tiny keychain digital camera that captures real photos and videos with a fun retro look. It's not designed to match the sharpness of a modern smartphone.

What comes with the camera?

Your order includes the camera, the selected microSD memory card (8GB–128GB), a microSD card reader and a keychain attachment.

Can I move photos to my iPhone?

Photos are saved to the memory card. You can transfer them using the included reader if its connector is compatible with your device. Some phones require an additional adapter. If you're unsure, email us with your phone model before buying.

Are the sample photos real?

Yes. Photo 2 of the camera product gallery is labelled as an unedited photo captured with the camera.

Where does my order ship from?

MMORY.™ is an Australian-owned business based on the Gold Coast. Some orders are dispatched by international fulfilment partners, including partners in China.

How long is delivery?

We offer free standard shipping to available destinations at checkout. Orders normally dispatch in 1–3 business days, or up to 6 business days during busy periods. Standard delivery is estimated at 8–20 business days after dispatch. These times are estimates, not guarantees.

Can I track my order?

Tracking details are normally emailed after dispatch. Tracking may take several days to become active.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Please email getmmory@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. We'll try to help, but changes may not be possible once fulfilment has started.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

Contact us with your order number. We'll investigate and help with any remedies required under Australian Consumer Law.

What is your return policy?

Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of receipt under our returns policy. Your Australian Consumer Law rights apply regardless of our change-of-mind returns policy.
